Steve Stiles is a cartoonist, illustrator, and essayist, best known in SF for his fan art and comics. He was a Hugo Award nominee as Best Fan Artist in 1967, 1968 and 2003 through 2008, and won the first Rotsler Award for fan art in 1998.
