Rotsler Award

The Rotsler Award is given in recognition of fan art achievement - for "long-time wonder-working with graphic art in amateur publications of the science fiction community" and was named in honor of William Rotsler. It was established in 1998 by the Southern California Institute for Fan Interests (SCIFI) and is usually announced at Loscon.
